Our array of machines provide a high degree of flexibility. With large table spaces, Wire EDM, vertical and horizontal CNC milling centers, and CNC lathes, we can probably help with your project.

Wire EDM

Wire EDM is excellent in cases where parts are made from hard materials, require a high degree of accuracy, are made into complex shapes, or some combination of these factors. It can handle projects from the very small to the relatively large.

Produce complex shapes that would be difficult or impossible to produce with conventional cutting methods.

Cut through extremely hard materials with no pushing pressure. If the material is conductive, it can be cut with EDM.

CNC Machining

An array of machines provides a wide range of machining capability.

Our milling capability includes 6 vertical mills and 2 horizontal mills. Both of the horizontal mills and two of the vertical mills include 4th axis capability.

We utilize 14 CNC lathes, handling parts that can range in diameter from 1/8" to 51".
